Register before September 8, 2010, to avoid $14 ESTA fee.

esta 有料化

Beginning September 8, 2010, there is an ESTA fee required by the US Government. The fee is comprised of two parts:

  • Processing Charge — All applicants requesting an ESTA are charged $4 for the processing of the application.
  • Authorization charge — If your application is approved and you receive authorization to travel to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program, an additional $10.00 will be charged to your credit card. If your electronic travel authorization is denied, you are only charged for the processing of your application.

Marcus Kosins Jr., US immigration attorney in Tokyo, is encouraging all his customers travelling to the US to complete their online ESTA immigration before the charges of $14 per person start on September 8. You should apply for a free ESTA before September 8, 2010, which will last for two years, even if you do not have immediate plans to visit America. To apply for an ESTA go online now to https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov.
