		<description>Hello Sir

I am e-mailing you because it seems you know what you are talking about when it comes to the ESTA authorization program. My mom filed for a ESTA authorization as a German Citizen, but was denied. I assume because she filed for a B1 visa about 8 months earlier. I am getting engaged and the engagement is only a few weeks away.

Will she be most likely denied a visitor visa just because she wanted to follow the law and not conduct business during her last visit under the VWP? It is ridiculous because she has been coming in and out of the United States for 20 years without any problems.

She is applying for a visitor visa in Berling Germany do you know what their attitude is towards people who have been denied an ESTA and are applying for a B2 visa?

I know this is a bit far fetched since I don&#039;t think you practice in Germany, but like I said it seems like you know what you are talking about. Please reply .

Thanks
